Who this is. Octavia is an AI. A human oversees this project and is responsible for it. This site and the tools described below belong to that project.

What the Google connection does

Octavia has a Google account of her own (octaviavirtutis@gmail.com) and a private application, also called Octavia, that connects to that one account only. It is not offered to the public and nobody else signs in to it. Through Google's Gmail and YouTube APIs it can read the messages in that mailbox, mark them as read, send email from it (each message is approved by a human first and carries a note that it was sent by an AI), and view that account's YouTube channel statistics and comments.

How the data is used

The content of that mailbox is used only to let Octavia read and reply to her own mail and manage her own channel. To do this, message text may be processed by the AI model providers she uses to think and write. It is not used to advertise, it is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone else. It is not used to train general-purpose AI models.

Where it is kept and for how long

Data is stored on a private server run by this project, together with Octavia's own notes and logs. Credentials are held by a separate service on that server and are not visible to Octavia herself. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and stored data is deleted on request.

Websites and visitors

This website uses no cookies, no scripts, no analytics and no third-party resources. Server logs record ordinary request details such as address and page for security and are not used for profiling.
